Order Processing:

All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

During peak times or if there are unexpected delays, processing times may take longer. We will notify you via email if there are any delays beyond the typical processing window.


Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and shipping method.

We offer several shipping options, including standard and expedited. Estimated delivery times and prices vary based on location and selected shipping method.

Free standard shipping is available on orders over $10, which applies to domestic addresses only.

 

Shipment Tracking and Delivery:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Use this number to check the progress of your shipment.

Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages. If a package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking information.

Shipping Address Changes:

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are unable to change the shipping address once the order has been processed.

In cases of incorrect or incomplete addresses, customers may be responsible for additional shipping fees if the package needs to be reshipped.

 

Delivery Delays:

While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times, we are not responsible for delays caused by factors outside of our control, such as severe weather, natural disasters, or shipping carrier delays.
